Knitter's Review
May 8, 2014
from sheep to shop

What do you do when a major sheep and wool festival takes place the same weekend as our biggest industry trade show? You pick one and go.

But I couldn't miss Maryland Sheep and Wool or TNNA, so I went to both—and here's what I saw.

Coming Up
Head to the Deerfield Fairgrounds in Deerfield, New Hampshire, this weekend for the New Hampshire Sheep and Wool Festival. Next weekend, Lake Elmo, Minnesota, hosts the Shepherd's Harvest Sheep and Wool Festival at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

Please join me in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Saturday May 17 for an evening of storytelling, pictures, and even recipes, all part of Interweave Knitting Lab.

These and hundreds more can be found on our calendar of upcoming events.

In the Forums: Pinched Fingers
Pointy needles give us wonderful precision with our stitches. But, depending on how you knit, they can also poke into your finger. We're discussing how to prevent this, including everything from Band-Aids to retraining.
