Knitter's Review
December 22, 2011

This is our last Knitter's Review together in 2011. I'll be taking next week off to tidy my swatches, file away the skeins, and ready the deck for a rich and full New Year.

But before we break, let's pause for a moment and look at the year we've just shared. What happened? Where are we now? What's next?

Heifer Fundraiser
Just one more week left for our 10th-annual Heifer International fundraiser. If you find yourself in a position of even modest abundance this year, won't you join me in contributing to this worthy cause?

In the Forums: English or Continental?
One of our forum members read that knitting Continental is faster and better for colorwork, so she's trying to learn. But she's curious about you. Are you a Continental knitter, an English knitter, or both? Why would you use one technique and not the other?

As always, I thank you for your readership and your support.

Happy knitting, and I'll see you in 2012!
