Knitter's Review

the new Stitch Nation by Debbie Stoller yarns

Debbie Stoller has truly brought knitting to the masses, having sold more than one million knitting-related books in the past decade.

And now, thanks to a partnership with Red Heart, she's bringing yarn to the masses. This week we look at Stitch Nation by Debbie Stoller.

This Weekend in Kansas
Just 35 minutes outside of Topeka is the town of Wamego, where the second-annual Winter Woolfest takes place this Saturday from 9am-4pm at the Poppyfield Gallery. Admission is free, with mini-classes and demos offered on subjects ranging from thrums and contemplative spinning to two-at-a-time socks. Several vendors will also be on site.

Meanwhile, across the country in Long Beach, California, I'll be joining LYS owners, designers, and other industry folks this weekend for The National NeedleArts Association's semiannual trade show. I'll tell you all about it next week.

In the Forum: Stash Sorting
Beth desperately needs help organizing her yarn stash. Should she sort it by weight? Or by type of yarn? Does your stash have any general organizational scheme to it?
