Knitter's Review
December 17, 2009 What inspires you? For me, it's what I see, smell, taste, touch, and hear all around me. I also love knowing what inspires other people. There's nothing like seeing the world through someone else's eyes to give you new inspiration and perspective for the coming year. Jane Brocket is one of my favorite sources of inspiration. Her playground is the British blog Yarnstorm, in which she reflects on everything from literature to gumdrops, daffodils, Paris, and, as the blog's name suggests, yarn. She celebrated these same themes in her book The Gentle Art of Domesticity, and I escape into it this week. Hooray for Heifer In the Forum: Warm Wrists Need help logging into the Forums?
