Last week's review of the Della Q Molly knitting bag sparked a discussion about the bags we use to carry our knitting—and it quickly became apparent that we'll use pretty much anything to hold our knitting.

I decided to take a closer look at the role of knitting bags, why we need them, why we love them, and why we have so many of them.

This Weekend in Michigan
If you're anywhere near southwestern Michigan this weekend, I encourage you to head to the Allegan County Fairgrounds for the Michigan Fiber Festival. In addition to the animal show, there are special events, many vendors, and a few spots still available in the workshops.

KR Retreat
Registration for the Knitter's Review Retreat is now full. I'll be sending emails confirming everybody's registration status in the next week, and I thank everybody for your patience. It already looks to be another fantastic gathering!
