This Weekend in Connecticut
The 2008 fiber festival season unofficially kicks off this weekend with the Connecticut Sheep and Wool Festival. It takes place Saturday from 9am to 4pm at the Tolland Agricultural Center in Vernon. It's got all the trappings of a great gathering, with animals, demonstrations, vendors, contests, and fleece show and sale.
