Happy New Year!

I thought it fitting to kick off the new year with a brand new yarn. It's a springy and robust 50/50 blend of wool and mohair from our friends at Green Mountain Spinnery. Although it's called Spinnery Sock Art, this yarn will do much more than just keep your feet warm.

This Weekend in New York
On Saturday and Sunday I'll be setting up temporary knitterly residence at Sticks and Strings in Scarsdale, New York. There'll be books, sample garments, yarn talk, and plenty of knitting, so come by and play if you're in the area.

In the Forum: Managing Magazines
Back issues of knitting magazines can hold a gold mine of great articles and patterns. But how in the world do you keep them all organized?
