Knitter's Review
We had the first hard frost this weekend, a sign that it's time to bag up the sun hats and sandals for winter storage and, in their place, retrieve all my baskets of hats and scarves from the attic.
November 1, 2007 I'm a serial scarf knitter—they happen when I fall in love with a yarn and can't stop swatching. My scarf baskets are stuffed. Hats don't come as easily, though. Many knitting books offer instructions for gorgeous and elaborate hat concoctions, but sometimes I just want simple, basic, flexible hat instructions to follow as I embark upon my own creative journey. Can Sarah Bradberry fill that void? I sit down with her new, self-published The Any Yarn, Any Size Knit Hat Book to find out.
