a simple sock for summer

Socks weren't mentioned in last week's summer reading list, even though there are dozens of great sock books on the market right now. But I have even bigger plans for socks.

This Weekend in Illinois
From July 20th to the 22nd at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park in Crystal Lake, Illinois, the Midwest Folk and Fiber Art Fair is taking place. You'll find all sorts of workshops and a large marketplace, plus a beer garden that's open until 10:30pm for meeting, knitting, listening to music, and enjoying yourself. Crystal Lake is located between Chicago and Milwaukee.

As always, thank you for your readership and your support.

Happy knitting, and I'll see you in the forums!
