Knitter's Review
September 7, 2006 Six years ago this week I hit "send" on the very first issue of Knitter's Review. We've been through a lot together since then, from novelty scarves and self-patterning sock yarns to felted totes and socks on circs. You're my friends and my family. At the very beginning I had only a sneaking suspicion that knitters wanted meatier information about the tools and materials we use. But over the course of almost 300 newsletters you've validated that suspicion, proving that we are indeed an intelligent, discerning, insatiable bunch. And KR readers are now over 30,000 strong. For me, KR is really a conversation among friends, you and me. I value your friendship and your trust, and I hope KR will always be worthy of it. Here's to another six years!
