Knitter's Review
June 15, 2006 This weekend I made my first journey to Indianapolis. I didn't visit a single yarn store while I was there, but my head was filled with yarn and books and tools and gadgets and people the entire weekend. How is that possible? Because Indianapolis hosted the summer TNNA trade show, a semiannual event where needlearts industry folks go to network and conduct serious business. What you see at the trade show tends to reflect what most people will see in their LYS in the coming months. Photography is strictly forbidden on the show floor, so I can't show you anything—I'll tell you about it instead. And on a personal note, there will be no newsletter next week. I'm working on a large writing project and need a week in June, July, and August to hide out and make progress. I'll see you June 29th! Calendar Highlight In the Forums: Post-Partum Depression?
